MAINTENANCE

The maintenance department of our company was established in 2019 and already has five maintenance contracts for distribution centers in the region of Attica while we are ready for immediate response to any technical damage in over 70 apartment buildings, detached houses, maisonettes and stores in the region of Attica, Mykonos and other areas.

CRM offers 24-hour coverage on all its maintenance contracts. In order to report about a breakdown event, the following available communications channels are available:

• Direct communication with the appointed Facility Manager.

In case of a breakdown, our company carries out an immediate corrective visit to your facility, while the response time is determined and pre-agreed depending on the criticality of the equipment.

All our technicians / external partners are well trained and certified, with the aim of providing the right and approved services.

Our maintenance team can cover the entire range of E / M equipment.
